...and since the company filed Chapter 7, going out of business totally, that is the worst news for shareholders, right?

Which puzzles me even more why about 37 million shares were traded after the news. (although it slowed considerably Friday)

@NJ - For some reason, I was thinking that JW put a reversion clause in the patent licensing agreements that would be triggered by bankruptcy. Do you remember any of the specifics on that topic?
