Hilarious. ACTL is all wills, soons, whens, ifs and maybes. The real answer is NEVER. Volume is anemic for a .0001 bid POS and laughable. ACTL will actually go to no bid then reverse split. No one really wants to pay even .0002. All monies will be lost here, like the typical penny scam that ACTL is. Find your CEO or financials yet? LOL
