Because they're getting something set where they can issue Cancer Ross and his puppets countless shares ngc# style, when these thieves go to court they''ll claim they should get shares above the registered par value and they might get away with it. Watch out for a fake lawsuit againts grcu filed in Florida then the issuance of a boatload of shares, unless the court they tipically use gets alerted about their scam if that's where they're planning to go, along with an alert to the sec and the fbi ;-)
