Some news out today. It seems they did get that patent

Go to: http://portal.uspto.gov/pair/PublicPair click publication number and then type in their patent number 20140204577. When you click transaction history, you will see there that they got it as well. Someone certainly is taking the effort and expense to keep this going. I think we were told some time ago that if they secured a patent things could start happening. Hope so
