Thanks for that! So a couple of corporations in good standing...hmmm.

Notice the date of the Integumen incorporation is a couple of weeks before we got notice of the name change from Biosurface to Integumen so it's not very likely that a speculator would just know of the Integumen name out of the blue.

That greatly reduces the probability that is was just a speculator filing the name for resale like speculators do with domain names.

That makes it more likely that it's a legitimate filing, just via that registered agent in Delaware.
