Where are the filings from this pump and dump? My prediction? They'll go the route of many of these "We have a product that loses a lot of money" stinky pinkies (see NOHO for most recent example) and sell the business to an insider, keep the toxic debt and emerge with a new business model (Cannabis infused jerky? ;-)) and start a new pump.
