I believe you are right. But I also believe it's impossible to pinpoint exactly when to take advantage of your idea. So I propose that the wise decision is to buy/hold AMMJ until November 8th, so as to not miss the boat in hopes of trying to pocket a few extra nickels.
The float will continue to dry up as the sleeping investors wake up to the opportunity at hand, and those who got in early will have their happy day soon enough. I would call anything below $0.50 an excellent buy for the short-term.
