Thats great. But you do have to look at QMC and QMA as they currently exist. I know you have read the 10k and its risk factors. One of the items they hit again and again was patents and intellectual rights protection.
If QMC got wrapped up in a single major lawsuit, the company would be in big trouble. If they had a a foreign company attempt to circumvent their way of doing business, they will be in major trouble. Apple has an entire empire to protect them. Who does QMC have?
The what if's are not all that silly either. One of the four other well known QD companies is currently battling it out with Nanosys. These types of legal, intellectual, patent type risks are nothing to laugh about.
I think a legitimate partnership in China would be huge, especially if their investors also offered legal protection. Only time will tell how this works out.
