My preference is for a partnership. Shareholders will most likely do better in the long run holding the stock while it grows.

There is no connection between how a CEO values a company and reality. Would I hope it's valued at $60? Of course. Do I think CEO's wildly over value their company's worth? Of course, cheerleading is part of the job. How could you think otherwise?
