That is exactly the premise I am working from. This is not (if I understand right) any kind of restructuring BK like Ch. 13, right? It means RCPI is not just clearly dead. It is most sincerely dead. (apologies to the Munchkin coroner) And at the risk of sounding sue-happy, if "smart money" is buying this based on some type of insider knowledge, that suggests foul play too.
