Maybe, but, REDG seems to have extensive problems with almost everything they try. It also seems that most of the problems are avoidable. Poor customer service magnifies the perceptions of the problems they have, when they launch something.
Edit REDG could short circuit a lot of the complaining by providing timely (and true) information on the delays.
Edit 2 (sorry for the edits) I just checked the Zwag Box and REDG Facebook pages, and still no update.
