no mention at all of when new shares of Horsehead corp will be issued..no mention at all...no mention of when issued...and the price of the new shares...i dont think horsehead corp has new shares...it looks like a reverse merger into the old zincq shares...if thats the case, then this goes back to 50 cents a share and the new symbol will just be ZINC with the Q dropped off?
