The day before the split there was only 200 shares traded. Closed at .0025. SEC rule: If the last trade of the day is less than $100, the MMs don't have to use that close as the start of the next day. It prevents market manipulation. So, although the last trade was .0025, the split was determined from .0001, not .0025 which was ignored.
