It was a subpoena being served on Calvin Ross - concerning the fake loans and lawsuits by Jason Ruppert using the 3(a)(10) exemption scam to get free trading shares. Monk also pointed this out.

Ross just moved from HFBG, NGCG to GRCU to sell more shares.
