I think Apollo Capital have them over a barrel. They had a note that was due this month for I think $50k. I don't know what happened with that. So, they probably will still have to issue shares for that note which will be another 300-400 million shares. Then another note in October. So, the O/S could get maxed out to 4 billion very quickly and where will they be then?
Apollo could dilute this down to no bid and move on, laughing all the way to the bank.
Clearly, someone is getting rich out of this endeavor.
