I have heard something similar. Little evidence to show in the share price today but now is definitely the time to be accumulating. It was double this price two weeks ago so maybe someone got impatient but with news hopefully around the corner on a big financing we should soon see significantly higher levels than we are seeing here.
If you speak to them they will tell you what is going on but they are not very good at sharing with the market before they are ready. Having recently spoken with them I am happy that this is the perfect time to accumulate which is what I have been doing. The buying flurry a couple of weeks ago was someone also getting positioned who presumably also knew what is going on. GLTA
