Missed alot of details of the show being put out here so I don't have all the facts but how come Cancer Ross name is nowhere to be found in the list of documents being requested? Is it that you dealt with him mostly over the phone, in person, or post cards? Also and if I'' not mistaken, you said that Tom was brought in by Kalinski, meaning Cancer Ross no longer has any skin the game unless of course he's trying to get more worthless shares of this crapola that he created, and Tom and Kalisnki are not ok with what Cancer and you want, more shares?
