My EXCELLENT knowledge of the law politics and patents says you should sell UR shares ASAP! You remind me of a stubborn guy I sparred with on the Yahoo message boards named mR. dandiamond who I humiliated to the extreme. He lost all his munny. The government and courts are now controlled by progressive Democrats who are globalists. They do not believe in patent rights because they feel it gets in the way of huge tech corporations which pump millions into their election efforts.
Basically we are now in a world of what is called crony capitalism where the government lives to serve the biggest tech companies. The appeals court judges (a 3 judge panel) were almost all appointed by Democrats. The DC appeals circuit court judges are all prospective Supreme court nominees and they know they have to serve their masters if they ever hope to be promoted. PTSC is a stain in their way which will be rubber stamped out of existence with a quick stroke of the pen. Sell UR share and use all that money you get to buy a cup of coffee (better be cheap though not enough for a latte). This is simply the way it is. In the world of 2006 PTSC might have been worth billions but in the current political climate it is worth ZERO.
