No, I dont think so. This isnt some pink sheet, I believe its real and agree it should be published. Maybe this manipulation is shares being quietly being exchanged for merger purposes ? I will not pretend to know whats going on. The OS count is still at 81m according to TD so I dont believe it to be dilution... Sigh.
