Some of the stuff in there is what ive been complaining about for a long time, but its not actually something the company has to issue a filing on. In fact, insiders might have just read that for the first time themselves...
This is a formal complaint to the SEC, not any type of action which would require a filing by the company. Nothing has actually happened. However, it is such a strong case, something could happen over time.
Sadly, the SEC can take a loooooong time to take action. They cant do anything until they go through a lengthy verification/discovery process... Regardless of the shady behavior under this leadership, they have rights too.
What a head spinning read tho. The Julios stuff is exactly what ive been pounding the table on. Hes collecting way too much stock for his role in all of this.
