By assigning his contractors license to mCig, mCig/Scalable Solutions became a construction company. He has been in charge of developing this line of business and it couldn't have happened without him. Ron formed a separate company which owns 20% of Scalable Solutions. He has an option to buy another 40%. By virtue of his position at mCig he also owns a considerable amount of mCig stock.
