I think you are mostly correct there...although you have to wonder why IMSC bid the way the did on the initial order.. IDIQ. There were three bidders, with Morpho being the low bidder. Smiths and IMSC were either second or third ( highest ) with bid price. If IMSC didn't know what the other bids were going to be, why did they bid so low? Industry knowledge? I presume they could have successfully bid quite a bit higher for multiple reasons...but they didn't. Anyway, water under the bridge.

The successful attempts to delay and disrupt ISC had to be planned, IMHFO. The "M" protest was dismissed w/prejudice and they were B-slapped by TSA for their bad SW and detection capability. The Miller vs Buldoc scam was also dismissed w/prejudice. Unfortunately the delays these caused affected payments to DMRJ.

BTW, remember that the bad SW the TSA complained about from "M" is what Smiths' had stolen? ( "M" lawsuit vs Smiths ) and uses. They bought "M" division to hide that?

So our 3 competitive bids are now 2. S+M are now the same. Do youall think TSA knows?...LMAO...
