He needs lots of good reps but he hasn't a product street ready.. nor has he the dollars to pay them nor has a plan on how to hire them because good reps will do their homework and they will always ask what the existing book of business is so they know at least there is a base of commissionable income there and they will want a draw on commissions to help with travel expenses.... just what numbers and what dollars will our super hero Diamond Dave pay them with??? These guys don't take "I promise to pay you's" as collateral. Reps want to make money not wear out their cars trying to pioneer a new unknown product. If Diamond Dave can't do the sell jobs just how does he think anyone else can knowing what the CEO knows????? He hasn't a clue and he showed us by posting an insulting sales plan he already said he was going to do 2 yrs ago and never did. If he did interest some street peddler who takes it out of desperation he would probably just waste his time as he will always find an update to fix something with.

There is a formula on what the cost is for a rep to make one sales call and I think it's close +- $100.00 with Insurance auto depreciation time and expenses.... do the math..SADLY....Had DD done his homework he should have realized all this in a detailed business plan. He is looking in all the wrong places and someone needs to finally tell him he's in over his head. Get the right people like a tool to do the right job.
