I do agree that the pace of the settlement talks is likely accelerating here as they move into the final phases of the process; however, we are moving at the speed of the civil justice system and it is notoriously slow. No matter what terms are agreed to, there are decisions to be made, documents to be signed and people to inform. Just saying that the closer we get to a finale, the more everything has to be in order.
