Wonder if the SEC will look into his twitter stock promotions or his funneling of HPNN investor's cash to entities he controls, like Green Frog Fund. Indicted/convicted former lawyer Richard Weed was Peter Michaels' partner in slime on that one.
If he is doing that stuff to try to help generate interest to sell shares to pay his child support obligations or to keep from having his corporate and personal bank accounts garnished again, then it should be looked at.
The CEO lies so often it is a wonder anyone believes anything he spews.
