They will be restricted...Shooting themselves in the foot they would not do...Evada management holding a boatload of restricted already, easy pitch to whomever they approach
It would be a safe bet to also think they will be seeking other means of financing as well
Looking for a PR blitz to start soon...Detailed $$$ sales numbers for everything they do that generates, and will generate income for them
