Is the US PR firm a hint that they got busted in Oslo? So now they will try on Nasdaq or NYSE. Oslo certainly hasn't played out as desired.

Looking at the other companies the said kcsa consultants have worked with its more likely that the loan has been rejected and they need someone to help them pump the stock so they can raise money by dilution instead.
