Walter, excellent cliff notes explanation. I explained it to a couple friends that called me earlier today for clarity on the announcement.

[Dead On Arrival]

I got a nice response from management and Walter is dead on. They have to prepare two sets of financials at present and it is costly. The day they are listed on the NYSE or when an Asian fellow with a large checkbook appears at their door is the day you will hit it big. I will take either scenario.

I am also accumulating IBC to join that party.
