Yep, twitter stock promotion by the CEO is just to allow himself and/or his buddies to dump shares while other "investors" get stuck with the almost-worthless shares.
Hop-On has not made on sale or had revenue in a long time. They are pretty much flat broke, and owe a lot of money.
