Portare Services LLC, an innovator in aggregated transportation services, has secured controlling interest in PassBox LLC and completes funding to launch its cutting-edge aggregate shipping container to the marketplace.

Pass Box Global, LLC was a subsidiary of Synergy Natural Resources. Ya know, the company DDCC agreed to pay $600K to in order to settle a trade secrets lawsuit (Ref: last 10Q page 13).

While giving Portare a controlling share, it didn't stop Synergy announcing

manufacturing had began in Korea.

The net effect: Pass Box Global, and its patent bought by Synergy, who then sold controlling interest to Portare. Both Portare, and Synergy selling the intermodal units since 2014. Since both are private companies, revenues and demand for the product is unknown.

DDCC sits with no means to manufacture any intermodal units based on its patent. No manufacturer interested in licensing a patent, and trying to play a 2 yr catch up to Portare, and Synergy. No DDCC 8Ks to indicate otherwise. Again, let's not forget DDCC still owes Synergy $575K for having essentially lost the lawsuit.
