guess so. Been watching this stock for years - in it a few times. . With the somewhat disappointing margins for govt contracts I have been waiting for the day when commercial orders would come. Is this that day or is this nothing of significance? Wish we were told more but I understand sometimes the company can't say much. However, if it was big I think they could have given us some indication, so I will be assuming its a small order. Welcome opposing views though.
