Vin Scully, the Dodgers’ announcer, pictured in the 1960s. Much of his work from that time was erased, discarded or never recorded in the first place.

The body of work of the longtime voice of the Dodgers, including his hosting of a game show and reading of a grocery list, reflects a time when no job seemed too small.
