whoopidity doo. I want to know how QMA deal effects the common shareholder of QMC. Sounds like a good way to privatize the company and side-step the shareholder or profits made. What is preventing the company to basing ost of its operations in China, where we don't have EPA limitations to shipping indium containing dots and leaving behind a research (sample) machine, shell QMC? It is probably not all this doom and gloom, but why can't the company explain the relationship in more detail in the 10K?
