No, as dose not matter, its os that counts, and that is little over 165m, so you can own up to 16.5m, if you go over that, that's over 10% and you need to register with the sec, that's why I gave some shares to my kids, in two custodian accounts, now they can own 16.5m each, and me too, so now I can buy up to 49.5m, but I would need some of my other stocks to have some epic runs to hit that number, but I will say this, if they do, I will go for it, lol, what's also cool, being I am the custodian for my kids, I have control over the shares, but no plans on selling their shares or majority of my shares for years to come, think next four years will be epic ones for mj sector!
