I agree...especially when the nearest competition CGRW with no property and just a few acres of land (that doesn't own) and no oil extraction facility and not much building at the moment is around 70 cents!

No doubt whatever keeping PPS down artificially will fail when major CGRA projects are complete and revenue starts coming in. I believe PPS will move up around the harvest time
