And the most important point you always fail to mention is that FINRA hasn't received the court documents from Hofmeister because the Q is still in place.

The POR didn't magically change - the equity interest (common and Preferred Shares) will be cancelled and the ticker delisted.

With Payroll Funding providing the exit funding they will be issued 100% of the new shares in ARIO.
