I don't think that makes sense, but will keep digging. Seems to me being licensed by the Central Bank adds credibility and allows other banks to use the product. Nigeria is where the real biz. If you look at UBA's revenue by geography, over 90%+ comes from Nigeria.

Whats also interesting is UBA announced the innovative payment system while still in contract with MYEC.

Like I said, just starting to do DD. Could be wrong.
