Yes, but it should be showing some reversal by some point, it won't suddenly happen with the last treatment. So after 9 it showed no improvement, the drug was doing nothing. Why would it suddenly start working after say 12, 15, 18 treatments?

And why did cohort 3 show some improvements after only 4? I think that's where we got excited.

I get it's safe. But so isn't drinking bottled water or having a salad.
