Let's be clear, if Polymet submits the final permits to the State of Minnesota before the Fed land exchange is finalized, our illustrious environmentalist pandering governor would run with the documents to the Fed stating that the sulfates do not meet the Federal standards. This is the reason why a big body of the permits have not been submitted. The lights at Barr Engineering have been on until two in the morning
