I would hope Conte will do whatever he can. I do not think he will give up here.

The Court awarded another deadline for the opening Brief to those crooks - October 10th. If you recall, the original deadline for this Brief was July 20th; Johnson did not want to do it, which is why there was a filing for "joint stipulation and motion to 'abate briefing'" on July 15th. The idiot clearly had nothing.

Large problem here is the Nevada Supreme Court itself. They take very long to respond and are not very efficient.

Hopefully we see something before October 10th
