The k9 post was a joke back in March or April of 2015 after the shut downs and layoffs. As far as the dismissal I've said due to law suits and you know the one I'm talking about. Now that has been cleared I think at least I know a letter was written to the courts 3 months or so ago thanking them for helping clear up the problem. Now why they have not refiled for BK that I'll give you I don't know maybe someone will take this ticker and do something with it. Also CACH the ticker has nothing to do with the website, that was also purchased as part of the liquidation sale in 2015 along with all Cache' branding. Good luck to you though I will keep watching and hope you make a buck here. Like I've told you in the past if someone does take this ticker I might jump in.
