Yep-that's what I have been saying...All the talk about 10Q is bull crap because all penny plays like $ACTL are the same with that stuff... It's about loading before major announcement... Triple 0 plays bounce of bottom all the time. Essentially 000's plays go through cycles, they bottom and then bounce on Pending acquisitions, Buyouts, Mergers,technical, Chart etc. Especially when they have small OS like $ACTL OS 699 MILLY and SMALL FLOAT 360 MILLY....
TO GET AHEAD WITH PLAYS LIKE $ACTL ONE HAD TO LOAD BIG AT THESE BOTTOM PRICES.. EG..9 MILLION SHARES OWNED MEANS $900 PROFIT WITH EVERY .0001 UPTICK IN PRICE....
