Who said anything about a NYC office?? You put that label on the P.O Box that SoOum uses for NY. Sounds cost efficient to me. Clearly they're expanding. The office does not exist. You will find noone there just an office that isn't theres. You can send mail there but it is a front to try to make them look more important with an NYC office.

Of course, they operate on-the-ground... globally.
