DMRJ needed to give 60 day notice to convert shares after the new deal and the termination of the 14th amendment for financing. They got 35m shares for $7M debt in July but they are also only claiming <5%, so I don't understand that yet.
Either way I think our Votes will matter on the initial parts of this deal for the sale of OUR ETD/NTD business...GLTA...
