No. He's manipulating numbers and telling some of the story to make a pretty picture of what is otherwise an ugly story. Market cap means nothing if the printing press is going full speed. Now, anyone that did not foolishly hold through the RS, traded it during the pump/dump on unrelated news last week, it makes no real difference. But, for anyone that held through, they're SOL, buried, need a 10 bagger or more to break even. If the partnerships come to fruition, great. But, PPS cheaper daily, paper being printed. So, nothing to applaud if holding, if not, worth watching, see if the dilution stops or if it tests a penny again.
