Could just as easily be that the FDA's slowly grinding gears engaged (finally) a couple weeks after the 8-K where CVM announced they were changing up the Phase III population specs and outcomes.

Well Well. This is a big surprise. My friends...again this is a pure gamble. you know who u are... The stop dips in early morning trading maybe to.24 and then back up... maybe even a .29 or better finish.
18% that is the guesstimated probability of winning on CVM in the long run... If you like those odds than bet away.
I do believe CVM will resolve this matter with the FDA b4 the New Year, but it will be a rocky road. They need the arbitration more than anything.
I agree a .24 to .27 purchase if it is not the mortgage money should make you sometin if u r disciplined. Good LUCK!!!
