Yes dilution at sub penny is a bad way to raise funds. But not the worst.

The worst is making up stories and having friends pass that story around so a price gets completely exaggerated. Then dump every share left in the AS before you get caught. Then take that cash and stuff it in your pocket.

Thats what happened here.

Scott left when tha AS was used up.
Had he actually spent the money on the mine I would be singing his praises because we would be very close to mining right now.

But because he used it all up the company is back to the same point it was a decade ago and now they need he money scott stole.

The company has no choice but to do all that dilution again and this time it IS sub penny.

There is no way to make the 30% (200m+ shares) dilution not a bad thing.
