I don't think it's unreasonable to ask the company to simply confirm the veracity of their public statements. That's something people should be doing anyways. The $200 is just to encourage people to send an email asking the question, call in to the conference call to ask, or find out some other way.

By the way I believe the contract did exist at one point but the companies actions messed it up. It was an extremely unusual contract for SUNworks to take on (advising an installation in Connecticut), not anything like what they have done before. But it had the Amazon name which allowed them to pump the stock with it by paying for articles to be placed.

It would be super easy for IR to answer a question related to this to clear it all up.

Something like:

Carl: Hey IR, some idiot on Ihub is blabbering about the Amazon contract saying it might be messed up. Can you confirm that press release you put out about the contract is still true and that you still have a relationship with Amazon?

IR: Yeah nothing has changed with that!

Carl: Cool!

If I didn't have reason to believe this was true, although I am not 100% certain, then I wouldn't feed confident putting money on the line in the form of a bounty. So yeah anybody who thinks I am wrong can send an email and ask. I sent a message to the company about the Amazon contract and got no response. Maybe everything is fine and they just don't want to talk to me who knows.

Innocent until Proven guilty. Burden of proof always falls on the accuser. In the USA anyhow... Nelson need not defend himself against this nonsense.

I know that I'd easily pay $200 for that guy to solely talk about another stock for the next 12 months.

The business, SUNW is doing great. It will continue to do so as the price of solar falls and the market thins while the creme rises to the top.

The Amazon deal was under a NDA. Nothing further will be said about it. Not for $200, nor $20000...

In all fairness Carl,

JN suggested contract not Sandridge, burden of proof belongs to JN.

still say the burden of proof that the contract is bogus belongs to you. No body, no murder

No contract, No credibility
