you seem to be living in the past. There are'nt going to be any more Worldcoms, Enrons and Adelphias. Make no mistake, if a company like CSHD has make these announcements just to get PR, or if it does not follow thru with a 10K/pps reset, there WILL be a class-action lawsuit. Just like if you defamed or screwed with me, pal, you would be in court before you knew it - a lot of people like to blow smoke in other's faces and then bitch when they get called for it
