Interesting I think they may be surprised on the demand side. Wonder if they figure in the time value vs demand at lower prices over time continued low prices cause a spike in demand China looking better think they missed that one. Either way its still actually an overall raised forecast compared to last year so that is a trend its almost at 43 now.
